Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please read this guide carefully before proceeding.

Before You Delete Your Account

Before proceeding with account deletion, please consider the following:

  • All your business data will be permanently deleted
  • Active subscriptions will be cancelled
  • Staff members will lose access to your business
  • Customer chat histories will be removed
  • All integrations will be disconnected

Deletion Process

1 Log into your account

Ensure you're logged in with the account you want to delete

2 Navigate to Account Settings

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account

3 Confirm Deletion

Enter your password and confirm that you want to delete your account

4 Verification

Click the confirmation link sent to your email address

After Deletion

Once your account is deleted:

  • Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed
  • You'll receive a confirmation email
  • Any recurring payments will be cancelled
  • Your business name will be released for future use
